About us

We are a research team in condensed matter physics and materials science at the Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (IN2UB) and at Scientific and Technological Center of the University of Barcelona. We are passionate about the world of oxide materials, in particular epitaxial oxide films. Our research focuses on ferroelectrics, ferroelectric-ferroelastic domain pattern engineering, multiferroics, and dynamic control of the thermal transport, pushing the boundaries of materials science for innovative magnetoelectric applications and thermal/phononic logic devices.
